“Mr. Bankman-Fried, the co-founder, and controlling proprietor of the entire Debtors and of FTX DM, seems to be supporting efforts by the JPLs to develop the scope of the FTX DM continuing within the Bahamas, to undermine these Chapter 11 Circumstances, and to maneuver belongings from the Debtors to accounts within the Bahamas beneath the management of the Bahamian authorities,” the submitting stated.
