“[There are] reviews that Mr. Bankman-Fried ‘secretly transferred some $10 billion of buyer funds to his buying and selling automobile, Alameda Analysis,’ to fund ‘dangerous bets,’ violating each U.S. securities legal guidelines and FTX’s personal phrases of service,” stated the letter. “We’re involved about Silvergate’s position in these actions due to reviews suggesting that Silvergate facilitated the switch of FTX buyer funds to Alameda.”
