FTX ex-CEO Sam Bankman-Fried more likely to enter a plea on January 3, 2022

Sam Bankman-Fried is anticipated to enter a plea on January 3, 2022,  to felony prices, together with conspiracy to commit cash laundering and conspiracy to commit fraud on prospects and lenders.

The trial for the FTX founder is scheduled to start on the afternoon of January 3, in Manhattan federal courtroom, earlier than U.S. District Decide Lewis Kaplan.
