“For the explanations said within the Courtroom’s forthcoming memorandum opinion, the Courtroom GRANTS Plaintiff’s movement for abstract judgment … and DENIES Defendant’s cross movement for abstract judgment,” Cobb wrote. “Defendant’s September 22, 2023 order prohibiting Plaintiff from itemizing its congressional management contracts for buying and selling is hereby VACATED.”
