The Australian Securities and Funding Fee (ASIC) mentioned on Friday that it had commenced civil proceedings towards NGS Crypto, NGS Digital and NGS Group and the only real administrators of the businesses: Brett Mendham, Ryan Brown and Mark Ten Caten, respectively. Mendham can also be restrained from touring exterior of Australia.
