The C-Chain is dwelling to Avalanche’s decentralized finance (DeFi) neighborhood and is the chain that hosts sensible contracts and is used with MetaMask. The X-Chain is the trade chain, used to ship funds backwards and forwards. The P-Chain is the platform chain, which is used for staking AVAX and serving as a validator.
