“That is going to be two steps ahead, one step again,” Eric Balchunas, senior ETF analyst at Bloomberg, stated. “That’s the way in which many ETF classes are born and mature,” he added. “Nothing goes up in a straight line – flow-wise – ever as a result of ETFs service long run traders and merchants.”
