EUIPO has finalized a proof of idea “having engaged in real-life operational checks with 4 manufacturers, two logistics operators and a customs authority,” following a months-long trial, which confirmed “promising outcomes,” the company stated of an initiative now often known as European Logistics Providers Authentication (ELSA), based mostly on a separate mission often known as the European Blockchain Providers Infrastructure (EBSI).
