The keep has been modified to permit FTX debtors to make “arguments, defenses, counterclaims, setoffs, or in any other case … with respect to the BlockFi claims within the FTX chapter continuing,” in line with a Nov. 13 courtroom order by U.S. chapter decide Michael Kaplan.
