According to an update on LinkedIn, he joined the firm after working for nine months at NAGA as Senior Customer Service Officer in Limassol, Cyprus. Between 2019 and 2021, Ivaylov was employed by IC Markets as Senior Customer Support, and he also worked as a Customer Support Specialist at ProgressPlay for over one year.
His educational background includes earning a bachelor’s degree in Political Science and Government at Sofia University St. Kliment Ohridski and a CySEC Advanced Certification.
