Three events, the submitting says, have tried to get management of these shares: BlockFi (a lender that FTX had helped prop up earlier this 12 months), Yonathan Ben Shimon (an FTX creditor appointed as a receiver in Antigua and granted permission to promote the shares below supervision of a courtroom there) and Bankman-Fried himself (who has authorized payments).
