The indictment, issued by the US Lawyer for the Southern District of New York, alleges Soufiane Oulahyane, a Moroccan nationwide, operated a look-alike web site of standard NFT market OpenSea to acquire unauthorized entry to digital property and NFTs in a cybercrime method generally known as “spoofing.”
