New York District Court docket Choose Lewis A. Kaplan on Friday denied Bankman-Fried’s request saying neither Fenwick & West nor the FTX Debtors are a part of the “prosecution crew.” The federal government “has no obligation to supply supplies that aren’t inside its possession, custody, or management,” the order added.
