“We submit that Mr. Bankman-Fried shouldn’t start the sentencing course of on the counts of conviction, together with the presentence interview, till the severed counts are resolved,” the letter stated. “Doing so might probably end in a separate PSR and a separate sentencing listening to on conduct that was already a part of the Authorities’s proof at trial.”
