“They got here again to us, they usually stated . . . we imagine each asset aside from bitcoin is a safety,” Armstrong stated in keeping with the FT. “And, we stated, effectively how are you coming to that conclusion, as a result of that’s not our interpretation of the regulation. And so they stated, we’re not going to elucidate it to you, you should delist each asset aside from bitcoin.”
