Riot Platforms and the non-profit affiliation, the Texas Blockchain Council (TBC), have initiated authorized motion in opposition to the US Power Division and related entities, such because the Power Data Administration (EIA) and the Workplace of Administration and Finances (OMB), regarding their current transfer to survey Bitcoin miners.
