On Jan. 20, the three affiliated firms Genesis International Holdco LLC, Genesis Asia Pacific Pte. Ltd and Genesis International Capital LLC filed for chapter. On the time, DCG mentioned it owed Genesis Capital $526 million, due in Might 2023, plus $1.1 billion beneath a promissory word due in June 2032.
