FintechOS, a UK technology provider for banks, insurers, credit unions and other financial service companies, has promoted Radhika Chudasama to the position of Vice President of People, Global.
Chudasama announced her appointment on Monday in a statement on Linkedin.
She was previously Fintech OS’ People Director, Global, a role she maintained for almost two years until this promotion.
The executive began her career at the technology provider in January 2020 as the Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition, Global.
She spent only four months in the role before being promoted to Senior Manager, People Team, Global, in April of the same year.
Chudasama became the People Director, Global, in January 2021 and acted in the role until she became a VP this August.
Chudasama’s Career Journey
Chudasama has a career experience spanning over a decade.
According to her LinkedIn profile, the Brunel University graduate kicked off her career as an HR, Sales & Marketing Executive at Xclusive Yachts, a five-star yacht charter company based in Dubai, the United Arabs Emirates.
She would go on to work for Kinsey Allen International between June 2009 and June 2011.
Chudasama also passed through ADL Partners LLP, a global executive search firm headquartered out of London; and Rackspace Technology, a cloud computing company.
She worked for these companies between 2011 and 2015, acting as a Recruitment Consultant and Recruiter International, respectively.
In March 2015, she served as the Talent Acquisition Team Lead at NetApp, an US hybrid cloud data services and data management firm.
After leaving the role in April 2016, she took on a job at Symantec, a leading cyber security company, as the Manager, Talent Acquisition for the Europe, Middle East and Africa region.
