Francisco Sánchez-Matamoros, a former Senior Sales Manager at Polish retail broker X-Trade Brokers’ (XTB) office in Madrid, has joined Admiral Markets Group as the Country Manager in Spain.
Sánchez-Matamoros announced his appointment as leader of Admiral Markets Group’s country office in Spain, on Linkedin.
“I am happy to start a new project as Country Manager at Admiral Markets Group!” he wrote on the professional social networking platform.
Sánchez-Matamoros spent seven years and eight months at XTB, first kicking off his career as a Junior Sales Executive in January 2013.
He became a Senior Sales Executive at XTB in January 2014 and would spend a year and one month in the role before becoming a Senior Sales Manager.

As a Senior Sales Manager at XTB, Sánchez-Matamoros handled the selection, training and management of the firm’s sales team to achieve company objectives.
He also helped XTB manage relationship with high net worth investors and premium clients. Additionally, he handled the execution and processing of internal administrative processes.
Before XTB, Sánchez-Matamoros worked as a Derivatives Sales and Financial Advisor at Finanze Fenix Financial Planners.
During his time there, he handled the firm’s business development and financial planning. He also helped in designing investment strategies for different financial instruments.
Furthermore, he helped the firm to optimize and seek greater efficiency in the profitability of asset class families, tackling subjects such as investment, tax, risk control and administration.

Prior to the role, Hamed served as the Chief Executive of the Jordanian office of online trading platform, Noor Al Mal. He worked in the capacity for close to three years.
