At the time of writing, Bitcoin is trading at $23,806.05, up 21.4% in the past month. Bitcoin’s “bear market rally” is looking to close out the month above the $24,000 level, indicating an exit from the 2022 downturn. Bitcoin’s Fear & Greed has jumped to 42 from 11 after the Federal Reserve’s hike and negative GDP report fail to pull down the market rally due to rising positive sentiments and Raoul Pal believes we have hit the bottom.
In an interview with Abra, Raoul discusses the correlation between inflation, the S&P and crypto and there has been a correlation between the S&P and crypto in the short term, Raoul believes when you Zoom out, there is not correlation because crypto is a network adoption model. Raoul explains that the logarithmic pattern of crypto is up and to the right, as more wallets open, hence, why the lows are not the same on each cycle.
