Sensible realities akin to the federal government offering the protection a listing of over 50 potential witnesses, hundreds of pages of fabric and greater than 1,300 displays, argue for a short lived launch, the legal professionals stated. They added that they did not know which witnesses the federal government would name or wherein order and so wouldn’t have the ability to put together for the “subsequent day’s witnesses and displays within the hours when we aren’t sitting within the courtroom.”
